On the Nicol Highway going out north to the Fourways area at the intersection with Main Rd there is a large island where a large roadside informal market has grown. Here you will find large metal sculptures of birds, wood carvings, large beaded animals, along with lattice trellises, varieties of tin baths and buckets, and other more household objects.
