Rates & Specials Luxury Rosebank Guesthouse accommodation at very reasonable rates
Over the last three years we have tried to absorb rising costs as much as possible with no increases in accommodation rates. However, our electricity costs during the winter months have now become exorbitant and during June, July and August our electricity bill doubles. We might add a R30 a day surcharge for these months. But as always will be as reasonable and fair as possible as all our repeat guests know.

- The rates drop by 10% for weekly stays. There are further discounts for monthly stays - please enquire.
- There are often specials on last minute bookings - please enquire.
- Accommodation only (no breakfasts) - a reduction of R60 pp per night.
- Only the Blue and Earth rooms, and 2 studio flatlets, are available for on-line bookings.

- Infants in campercots and sharing parents' beds: free
- Under 5 in own bed or sleeper couch: R60
- 6-11: R80
- 12 and over, including 3rd adult sharing: R190 [In studio flatlets and cottages only]

Full Water Security:
We have large water tanks filled by borehole and rain water with full filtration and completely drinkable excellent quality waterLoadshedding Measures:
- Internet, intercoms and remote-controlled gate are fully powered all the time
- Back up lighting in the units
- Plugs for charging devices if/when necessary
- Gas for heating water in units
- Geysers/hot water tanks backed up with solar and gas
- Gas heaters in winter
- Motion sensor outside lighting
